Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are off by default and only activate if you accept them in the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2). If you decline, only strictly necessary functionality and security storage is used. You can change your choice at any time via . Your consent choice is stored locally on your device.

Account data

If you create an account, we store your email address and authentication data with our infrastructure provider Supabase to operate features like My Stack, ingredient requests and billing. We do not sell personal data.

If you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email address to send you the digest. You can unsubscribe at any time — by using the unsubscribe option in any newsletter email, replying to it, or contacting us — and we will remove your address.

Data we do not collect

We do not collect health data. Supplement stacks you build are associated only with your account and are not shared or sold.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including under UK/EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us and we will respond promptly.

Third parties

Service providers we rely on: Google (analytics, only with your consent), Supabase (database, authentication and hosting of dynamic content), and our web hosting provider. External links (for example to PubMed or manufacturer sites) are governed by those sites' own policies.
